30-Day Rolling Fact Sheet

Medical cardholders’ purchasing limits are based on a rolling 30-day system. This allows for purchases to be added and removed based on normal purchasing habits. To assist dispensary employees in explaining this system to cardholders, we have created a fact sheet that can also be printed and offered to cardholders.

You can find this fact sheet here:

Site Certificates for Public View

Site certificates issued to premises that are open to the public should be placed in a location that can be clearly seen by consumers. This posting requirement helps consumers confirm they are purchasing from a licensed cannabis business. For questions about obtaining additional site certificates, call (406) 444-0596 ext. 4, or email DORCCD@mt.gov.
