The department recently updated the Realty Transfer Certificate (Form RTC) and replaced page 6 with a new DNRC Water Right Ownership Update, Form 608 and made minor text and format changes. The department notified the County Clerk and Recorders and the Montana Land Title Association this week to begin using the revised form and to dispose of all older versions.
