The Cannabis Inspection Checklist is used to ensure consistency when providing a facility inspection.

The Cannabis Control Division (CCD) is committed to providing excellent customer service and to answering general program questions from licensees with timely and accurate information.

The information CCD provides on this website is subject to change due to both statute and rule changes. Licensees are ultimately responsible for knowing and understanding the statutes and administrative rules that govern the cannabis industry.

Licensees are also strongly encouraged to seek legal counsel for questions about how Montana’s marijuana laws affect their business.

Failure to follow Montana’s marijuana laws will subject a licensee to disciplinary action.
