Participating in the Administrative Rules Process

The Montana Department of Revenue would like to remind you that as we work to implement programs created by the legislature or to update our current programs to better serve the public, there will be times when we must create new administrative rules or make updates and changes to existing rules.

The Department has put together a short video on how you can best participate in the rulemaking process and things to keep in mind when attending a rule hearing.
