MAR Notice No. 42-1030 – pertaining to the Montana Medical Marijuana Program
Effective Date of Transfer: July 2, 2021
This transfer is required because House Bill 701 from the 2021 Legislature transferred the administrative function and responsibilities for the operation of the Montana Medical Marijuana Program from the Department of Public Health and Human Services to the Department of Revenue.
