- Withholding Update webinar: We encourage you to attend our Withholding Update webinar on December 14, 2023, at 9:00 am, to learn about changes to Montana wage withholding resulting from income tax simplification.
New publication for Pass-Through Entities:
We have released the Publication 4. This guide provides information about Montana’s new Pass-Through Entity Tax, which is an elective tax for pass-through entities (partnerships and S corporations) effective beginning Tax Year 2023. The guide is located here.
