Montana Pass-Through Entity Tax Return (Form PTE)

S corporations and partnerships use the Montana Pass-Through Entity Tax Return to file their annual returns.

If you are filing an S corporation or Partnership Return for a year prior to 2019, you will need to use:

• Montana Small Business Corporation Return (Form CLT-4S)
• Montana Partnership Return (Form PR-1)
