Enrolled Tribal Member Exempt Income Certification and Return (Form ETM)

You may use this form to report exempt income earned on tribal land if you are a tribal member.

Fully Exempt Income: If you are a tribal member and all your income is exempt from Montana income tax, this form will serve as your return. You do not need to file a Montana Form 2.
Partial Exempt Income: If only part of your income is exempt from Montana income tax, you will need to include this from along side your Montana Form 2.
