Application for Residential Appraisal of Property for Taxation Purposes (Form AB-23)

You may use this form to request your residential land and improvements be appraised as residential property, when the property is located in an area of changing use.

The application is to be filed with the County Clerk and Recorder of the county in which the property is located and a copy submitted to the local Department of Revenue Office.

This application is due March 1 of each year.
