To request a payment plan:
- Log into your TransAction Portal (TAP) account. If you don’t have an account, you can create one by selecting Sign Up Now!
- Select the account you want to request a payment plan for. Note: there must be a balance owing.
- Under the Account Option panel, select Request a Payment Plan
Most requests will be approved immediately, but if we need to review your request, we will send you a web message. You can check your web messages by clicking on the Correspondence tab, then clicking on the My Notices option.
We accept payment plan requests for:
- Individual Income Tax
- Lodging Facility Sales and Use
- Corporate Income Tax
- Small Business Corporation
- Other Tobacco Products
- Bad Debts
