You can request a copy of your tax information, including your tax return. We keep tax returns for five years.

To request your records, you will need:

• A written request. You can use the Request for Copies of Tax Information (Form RTI).
• Proof of identity, such as a copy of your driver's license or state ID card.
• If you are requesting tax information for someone else, you will need a signed Power of Attorney.
