Nonprofit Arts Organization Beer and Table Wine License is a license to sell beer and table wine at events in a specific theater or other appropriate premises approved by the Department. (16-4-303, MCA)

These events may include:

• Exhibitions
• Productions
• Performances
• Programs

This license may:

• Be open between the hours of 8 AM and 2 AM
• Be open during their events

This license may not:

• Concession their license
• Offer sales for off-premises consumption, including curbside delivery
• Cater events
• Allow other nonprofits to have a nonprofit special permit event on the licensed premises

Processing Fee	$400
Renewal Fee	$250

The application processing fee only applies to original applications and is not applied to renewals.

This license is not part of the quota system.

Apply for a Nonprofit Arts Organization Beer and Table Wine License using the Nonprofit Arts Organization Beer and Table Wine License Application, available in our TransAction Portal (TAP).

Nonprofit Arts Organization Beer and Table Wine License renewals are due on June 30 each year.
