A County Beer License is used to establishments located anywhere within a county except inside an incorporated city or within five miles of an incorporated city.

The application processing fee only applies to original applications and is not applied to renewals.
To apply for this license your business must be located within a building, or you plan on having the business within a building. Mobil bars are not allowed to be licensed.
To apply for a wine amendment you must have food available; however, the food does not need to be prepared on site.
Quota limits do not apply to county beer or beer licenses with a wine amendment.
