A City Beer License is used by businesses such as a restaurant, bar or tavern located in an incorporated city or within five miles of the incorporated city limits to:

To apply for a wine amendment, you must have food available, but the food does not need to be prepared on-site.
The number of licenses available in a city is based on population. However, if the population increases and a new beer license becomes available, it will be offered through the competitive bidding process. A city beer and wine license must be renewed every year by June 30.
