All wineries selling wine in Montana must file a Wine Distributors and Wineries Quarterly Tax Return (Form WIT) using our TransAction Portal (TAP).

Returns are due based on filer type:

Quarterly Filers	The 15th of Each Month Following the End of the Quarter
Annual Filers	October 15
